Ok...so we were at Wal-Mart today and we were looking for a card for my brother and his wife to congratulate them on their newest addition to the family (he is AWESOME by the way!!!!!) and we cam across this card that played audio and it was that song from Ferris Buler's Day Off, you know, the one at the end that is oh so catchy, and she started bobbin her little head along to the song, we did it like 3 times before we finally remembered that we had our camera and got it on film! It's very funny and hope you enjoy!

Hello!

Hello and sorry for not gettin on here sooner, but I have been mega busy bustin my butt at work. I tweaked my thumb pretty good yesterday at work, but today and tomorrow are my scheduled days off so I guess i will recover pretty well. Kasaundra is out of town at the moment and I will be picking her up at the airport in Albuquerque later this evening. I have missed her terribily and cannot wait to see her and Kenadee. Speaking of Kenadee, she is doing super good. She can crawl, more like an army crawl with an occasional hands and knees added in, she is still sayin dada, and sometimes daddy, but I dont think the Daddy is intentional, but still makes me smile, and she can sit up all on her own from any position! and she has developed the ability to shake her head no...watch the video and you will see! well on that note I have a few things around the house i need to take care of before i go so enjoy the pics and videos and let us know what you think...PLEASE!?

oh and I was wrong in my last post about her weight. last month she was 16 lbs not 17. so she did gain!!!

so Kenadee is 9 months old now!! I cant believe it. she is growing up so fast. her stats were 17lbs 7 oz. last month she was 17 lbs 12 oz, so she has lost a little weight. :o( she is 27 1/2 inches. she is doing great!! not crawling yet, but she is starting to get up in her knees. She isnt pulling herself up yet either. but she will!! her 3rd tooth came in last week. it is a top one. not the 2 in front but one next to it. not sure what it is called at the moment. so she has 3 teeth! she is doing great!! She does need to get an eye exam though.

so we had her 9 month pictures on tuesday. we managed to get 3 pictures and then she fell off the platform. I felt HORRIBLE. she wasnt in a "I want to get my picture taken" kinda mood so we were trying to get her to smile and so I stepped away from her so that I could get her to smile and she leaned too far forward and fell off. it was about 3 feet fall. she cried for about 2 minutes. I felt so bad. she developed a big bump on the back of her head, right where your neck and skull meet. we took her to the urgent care but there was about 30 people in the waiting room and half of them had masks on. so we left. Kenadee has not been sick yet and we didnt want her to get anything that they could have had. she is fine. we made sure it didnt bruise and that she didnt fall asleep for a few hours. we did file an accident report. I definately will be right by her side from now on.
